THE ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative (all genders) at Qwist, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying and engaging potential clients to expand our presence in the financial data solutions space. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, setting the stage for meaningful conversations that drive business opportunities. We follow a hybrid working schedule with 3 days at the office and semi-regular in-person events and meetings onsite. If you are not currently close to one of our offices, we’re happy to support your relocation. We have two offices, both located in Germany; one in Hamburg and the other in Berlin (HQ). We are considering candidates fully remote from Germany or Spain.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Prospect and Outreach: Use cold outreach, LinkedIn, video prospecting, and email campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify Leads: Identify and assess potential customers' needs to ensure a good fit with Qwist's solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with Account Executives and the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Master Our Value Proposition: Develop a deep understanding of Qwist’s open finance and banking solutions to communicate our value effectively.
  • Track & Optimize Performance: Use Salesloft and other tools to monitor outreach performance, iterate strategies, and meet KPIs.

What you bring to the team:

  • CRM & Sales Engagement Tools: Experience with Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn for networking and lead generation.
  • Cold Outreach Mastery: Ability to execute and optimize cold calls, emails, and video prospecting.
  • Basic Data Analysis: Familiarity with tracking outreach performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Business Fluency: Proficient in German (C2) and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Curiosity & Drive: Eager to learn, ask questions, and uncover opportunities.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace challenges, and turn setbacks into growth.
  • Communication Skills: Craft compelling messages and engage prospects across channels.
