Sales Development Representative (all genders)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join an exceptional marketing and sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and pipeline by qualifying and nurturing inbound leads. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers who request information about our solutions, and will be responsible for engaging prospects, understanding their needs, and setting up appointments for our sales team. About You : You are an optimistic, positive, strong communicator looking to develop their journey in tech sales and / or marketing. You have a deep interest in technology, and you love learning about new topics and using empathy to meet others’ needs. You’re also very organized and are passionate about strong execution.

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead Qualification : Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels
  • Assist marketing with testing, execution, and reporting on lead quality
  • Successfully overcome prospective customer objections as well as answer initial questions
  • Collaborate closely with Sales team members to schedule customer meetings
  • CRM Management : Accurately record and update prospect information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented
