Role Details: We are looking for a German-speaking Enterprise Sales Development Representative focused on the DACH market, with the role being fully remote within Germany.

Requirements: Fluency in spoken and written German at a professional business level is essential.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an SDR, experience with Salesforce, and familiarity with GTM tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Compensation: €100,000 package + excellent benefits, with a 65/35% split, resulting in a €65,000 base salary and €100,000 OTE in Year 1.

Target & Approach: This role involves intelligent, consultative outreach aiming for approximately 8 SQLs per month, with the current team exceeding these targets. Experience with BANT or MEDDIC methodologies is advantageous.

Career Path: This position may suit an SDR with about 18 months of experience seeking a fast track to an AE role within 18-24 months, or a seasoned SDR looking for a compelling opportunity to reach a €100k+ package.
