Dynamics 365 Sales Development Representative – Up to €65,000 + Commission (Remote, Germany)

We’re seeking a German speaking Sales Development Representative to join a leading global Microsoft Partner focused on delivering industry specific digital transformation solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 across CE / CRM / BC and F&O. Their goal is to help organisations across various sectors including marketing, finance, engineering, consulting, legal, and IT make smarter decisions and accelerate business outcomes by leveraging cutting edge technologies like AI and Microsoft Copilot.

With over 25 years of experience and operations in more than 25 countries, they serve hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. Their expert team provides tailored solutions that help businesses adapt quickly and grow sustainably, earning multiple Microsoft awards for innovation and excellence.

Your Role

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research and outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, CRM tools) (This will be all outbound for now)
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and coordinate meetings for Sales Managers
  • Understand customer needs and effectively present Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar (ideally within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem or other Tech industries)
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Commercial awareness and ability to translate business challenges into sales opportunities
  • Self-motivated, organised, resilient, and a proactive team player
