GERMANY - REMOTE WORKING BASED IN GERMANY

UPTO €55,000 + COMMISSION + GREAT BENEFITS

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a SaaS software development company who are looking for a German Native SDR to join their team. The candidate must be German native and speak English.

The ideal candidate will come from a SaaS, Technology based solution, B2B, SDR, BDR, Sales Development representative, Business Development Representative, Sales Executive, Business Development Representative or similar role

THE ROLE:

  • Proactively research and identify new potential clients within the DACH region through a variety of channels, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
  • Engage with leads and thoroughly qualify their needs.
  • Outreach to prospects, explain the value of the company and create interest in a meeting with the sales team.
  • Record and update all activities in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, hand over qualified leads, and ensure a smooth transition to the next phase of the sales process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and other KPIs.

THE PERSON:

  • Both German native and English speaking.
  • Must have experience within an SDR role or similar where you have proven experience of outreach and strong qualifying skills.
  • SaaS Experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality with the drive to succeed.
