Jobbeschreibung

We are currently looking for a DACH-based Sales Development Representative to join our EMEA Sales Development team.

In this role, you will collaborate with up to three Account Executives to generate potential business opportunities by selling our products to enterprise-level companies throughout the DACH region.

What you'll deliver:
  1. Drive our top-of-funnel sales pipeline by discovering, qualifying, and nurturing new business leads through cold calling, email, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  2. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their requirements and communicate our value proposition effectively. Set up appointments for Account Executives to nurture and close deals.
  3. Develop and implement creative outreach strategies, including mapping accounts, building outreach sequences, and identifying personas, utilizing multiple channels such as email, phone calls, social media, and other mediums to maximize engagement.
  4. Develop innovative messaging strategies to attract prospects and generate interest in our products.
  5. Learn continuously about sales, our industry, clients, and target buyers to improve your effectiveness.
  6. Utilize lead generation tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find contacts and compile lead lists.
  7. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to accelerate the sales cycle and close more deals.
  8. Represent SmartRecruiters professionally, embodying our mission, brand, and values during every customer interaction.
  9. Commit to daily improvement with access to ongoing coaching and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of professional B2B sales experience, preferably with companies having over 5,000 employees.
  • Excellent listening skills, storytelling ability, and strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think quickly, adapt, and handle rejection professionally.
  • Confidence in communicating with Managers, Directors, VPs, and C-level executives, with a focus on relationship-building and objection handling.
  • Self-disciplined with effective time management skills, capable of thriving remotely and seeking help when needed.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to research industry trends, customer landscapes, and competitors using various sources.
  • Receptive to feedback and eager to improve continuously.
  • Fluent in verbal and written Business German.
