The role is for a German-speaking Enterprise Sales Development Representative focusing on the DACH market, fully remote anywhere in Germany.
Fluent spoken and written German at a professional business level is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an SDR, experience with Salesforce, and familiarity with GTM tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
€100,000 package plus outstanding benefits, with a 65/35% split: €65,000 base salary and €100,000 OTE in the first year.
This role involves intelligent, consultative outreach with a target of 8 SQLs per month, with the existing team exceeding these targets. Experience with BANT or MEDDIC methodologies is a plus.
This position may suit an SDR with 18 months of experience seeking a career jump to an AE role within 18-24 months, or a fully experienced SDR looking for a compelling proposition to reach a €100k+ package.
