Tasks

As an SDR at TextCortex, you'll play a crucial role in our rapidly expanding sales team, capitalizing on the growing demand for enterprise AI solutions across Europe. Your primary focus will be on sourcing new leads, setting meetings with potential clients, and supporting our inbound channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new leads using all available channels, including LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Set up meetings with potential clients
  • Close beneficial deals for our customers' sake
  • Become a power user of our product to sell with conviction

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven ability to sell and generate interest across multiple channels; software sales is a plus, but having sold any physical and unique product in the past is also advantageous.
  • Proven track record of beating their quotas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially active listening
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Fluent in English and German (additional European languages are a plus)

We offer a flexible base salary with an uncapped 25% commission on sales above your base.

Our SDRs are expected to generate €300,000 in annual revenue.

Our average annual contract values range from mid-5-figures for professional services to 6-figures for enterprise deployments in manufacturing and insurance. Making the calculation means you need 1 to 8 customers in a year to beat that quota.

This quota has been beaten, and an extremely driven, competitive, and hungry person is expected to go far beyond.
