Tasks

As an SDR at TextCortex, you'll play a crucial role in our rapidly expanding sales team, capitalizing on the growing demand for enterprise AI solutions across Europe. Your primary focus will be on sourcing new leads, setting meetings with potential clients, and supporting our inbound channels.


Key Responsibilities:



  1. Source new leads using all available channels, including LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  2. Set up meetings with potential clients

  3. Close beneficial deals for our customers sake

  4. Become a power user of our product to sell with conviction

Ideal Candidate:



  • Proven ability to sell and generate interest across multiple channels, Software sales is a plus but having sold any physical and unique product in the past is a plus as well. We don’t mind if you sold specialist design colour to architects or tool boxes to roofing companies as long as you were exceptional at it

  • Proven track record beating their quotas

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially active listening

  • Self-motivated and results-driven

  • Fluent in English and German (additional European languages are a plus)


Benefits

We offer a flexible base salary with an uncapped 25% commission on sales above your base.


Our SDRs are expected to generate €300,000 in annual revenue.


Our average annual contract values range from mid-5-figures for professional services to 6-figures for enterprise deployments in manufacturing, insurance. Making the calculation means you need 1 to 8 customers in a year to beat that quota.


This quota has been beaten and an extremely driven, competitive and hungry person is expected to go far beyond.
