Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in driving our growth across the German-speaking market.

Our client is an innovative SaaS company transforming through cutting-edge cloud solutions. With a global footprint and a dynamic team, and empowering businesses to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

The Role:

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and helping to drive our expansion in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.)
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Consistently hit and exceed outreach and lead generation KPI

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (preferably in SaaS or tech)
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn about SaaS products
