Sales Development Manager – SDRs - Berlin
The Sales Development Manager will be part of Oracle’s demand generation team, working closely with marketing, internal sales, and Business Development Teams. This exciting opportunity is focused on managing a team dedicated to building and nurturing relationships with key business accounts, leading to demand generation for Oracle's cloud-based applications (ERP/HCM/SCM/EPM + CX). The role can be based out of the Berlin Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams of SaaS Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on contacting and qualifying business accounts to achieve/exceed demand generation targets through inbound marketing sourced leads (MQLs) and outbound targeted campaigns.
- Drive revenue growth through pipeline development and progression, nurturing long-term client relationships, and coaching team members to address customer needs within a complex sales environment.
- Enhance the customer experience by establishing and aligning with cross-functional senior management relationships to improve services from the Business Development Group.
- Identify, recruit, and develop top-tier Sales Development Representatives, creating a strong talent pipeline for career growth within Oracle.
- Invest in the professional growth of SDRs and Team Leaders through coaching and training.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders such as in-country Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Country Managers to align with company goals, vision, and strategy.
- Set individual targets, conduct regular coaching and performance reviews, and manage performance issues.
- Manage headcount budgets, plan resources to maximize lead qualification, and support career progression through coaching and training.
- Report regularly on SDR performance, lead quality, and forecasted revenue to country owners.
- Utilize channels like social media, web tools, and outbound calling, ensuring compliance with Oracle tools and processes.
- Implement marketing programs to allocate resources effectively and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven team builder and motivator with successful management experience in sales or relationship management environments.
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of telebusiness operations, industry, and market analysis.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Ability to align departments to drive revenue and sales growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, persuasive abilities.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development management, preferably with SaaS applications knowledge.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
