Sales Development Manager – SDRs - Berlin

The Sales Development Manager will be part of Oracle’s demand generation team, working closely with marketing, internal sales, and Business Development Teams. This exciting opportunity is focused on managing a team dedicated to building and nurturing relationships with key business accounts, leading to demand generation for Oracle's cloud-based applications (ERP/HCM/SCM/EPM + CX). The role can be based out of the Berlin Office.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead teams of SaaS Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on contacting and qualifying business accounts to achieve/exceed demand generation targets through inbound marketing sourced leads (MQLs) and outbound targeted campaigns.
  2. Drive revenue growth through pipeline development and progression, nurturing long-term client relationships, and coaching team members to address customer needs within a complex sales environment.
  3. Enhance the customer experience by establishing and aligning with cross-functional senior management relationships to improve services from the Business Development Group.
  4. Identify, recruit, and develop top-tier Sales Development Representatives, creating a strong talent pipeline for career growth within Oracle.
  5. Invest in the professional growth of SDRs and Team Leaders through coaching and training.
  6. Build strong relationships with stakeholders such as in-country Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Country Managers to align with company goals, vision, and strategy.
  7. Set individual targets, conduct regular coaching and performance reviews, and manage performance issues.
  8. Manage headcount budgets, plan resources to maximize lead qualification, and support career progression through coaching and training.
  9. Report regularly on SDR performance, lead quality, and forecasted revenue to country owners.
  10. Utilize channels like social media, web tools, and outbound calling, ensuring compliance with Oracle tools and processes.
  11. Implement marketing programs to allocate resources effectively and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  1. Proven team builder and motivator with successful management experience in sales or relationship management environments.
  2. Excellent coaching and leadership skills.
  3. Strong understanding of telebusiness operations, industry, and market analysis.
  4. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
  5. Ability to align departments to drive revenue and sales growth.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, persuasive abilities.
  7. 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development management, preferably with SaaS applications knowledge.
  8. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
