Qualifikationen

  • First work experience in commercial, analytical roles, preferably in matrix organizations.
  • Strong commercial understanding, very good analytical skills, well-structured, and result-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Advanced English skills and ideally proficient in German.

Job Description

We are looking for a commercially minded and energised Sales Coordinator to help inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow!

Join our EUC Sales Team and take your sales experience to the next level by supporting the team in daily as well as project-related and strategic tasks which help to deliver toys that bring happiness to our amazing fans.

Please note: This position is on a fixed-term contract basis until the end of January 2028 and will be based in our LEGO Sales Office in Grasbrunn, close to Munich. It will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead the function to secure key events such as Nuremberg toy fair, as well as organize and orchestrate Account Previews in collaboration with the local & regional Marketing Team.
  • Drive active Sales & Marketing collaboration, including meetings such as above-the-line & below-the-line Go-to-Market meetings.
  • Lead the monthly Sales Collaboration Meeting to strengthen internal & cross-departmental sales collaboration.
  • Manage projects for various (Sales) conferences throughout the year.
  • Serve as Data Protection Lead for the local organization.
  • Support the Sales Team on various activities.
