Your Tasks

• Update customers’ records in CRM
• Coordinating with Sales Team by managing schedules, processing sales relevant documentation and filing.
• Maintain Sales records and report month-end goal setting to the management.
• Prepare presentations and supporting documentations to help the sales team generate business leads.
• Actively participate in essential sales review meetings.
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly liaising with customers for their feedback.

Your Qualifications

• B.Sc (CS), M.Sc, BBA, Diploma in EE/ME/CS/IT or Diploma in Business Admin or similar.
• Professional level written and verbal communication skills.
• 3-5 Years of working experience with corporate companies.
• Excellent attention to details.
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote.
• Must be able to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns as needed, particularly through presentations.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to competing demands.
