We're on the lookout for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team! In this role, you’ll handle key administrative tasks, streamline communication, and keep processes running smoothly across departments. Acting as a bridge between Sales, Key Account Managers, internal teams, and our customers, you’ll help drive forward our initiatives and ensure a top-notch experience every step of the way. YOUR TASKS
  • Support the Sales team in daily operations, including managing the shared sales inbox and handling administrative tasks
  • Coordinate communication between Sales, Central Reservations, Revenue, Marketing, and other internal teams
  • Maintain and update Salesforce (CRM), ensuring accurate customer data and lead tracking
  • Provide first-level support to clients and internal users regarding account and booking systems
  • Assist in preparing contracts, sales reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Help organize and support trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure consistent data quality and documentation of all sales-related activities
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Reservations, or Customer Service
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy managing multiple tasks at once
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in English (mandatory); French, Italian, or German are a plus
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs is a plus
  • You bring a proactive, hands-on approach and enjoy supporting others
  • You thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • You’re familiar with the hospitality industry or multi-bedded hotel concepts – or are eager to learn more
