Field Sales Department Manager, Germany (m/w/d)

As the Head of Field Sales, you will lead the Field Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our regional and national sales efforts. You will shape strategies that align with both company-wide goals and the needs of the German market. You will collaborate across teams, ensuring our field sales operations contribute to long-term success and foster strong partnerships within the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and inspire a team of more than 50 Field Sales professionals across 6 teams in Germany, including senior team leads.
  • Conduct business reviews with leadership and the wider sales organization to assess performance and strategy alignment.
  • Work closely with Sales Support and Account Management to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
  • Partner with Lead Management to provide high-quality leads and develop data-driven strategies to identify top partners in each city.
  • Build relationships with Sales Steering and Operations to align go-to-market strategies with global initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Inside Sales to harmonize Field and Inside Sales activities.

Qualifications include:

  • Experience in achieving ambitious goals in global, matrix-driven sales organizations, preferably in a B2B2C environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in sales operations software, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
  • Fluent in German and English.
