Field Sales Department Manager, Germany (m/w/d)

Whether it’s a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery, and convenience partners across the globe.

As the Head of Field Sales, you will lead the Field Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our regional and national sales efforts. You will shape strategies that align with both company-wide goals and the needs of the German market. You will collaborate across teams, ensuring that our field sales operations contribute to long-term success while fostering strong partnerships within the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Oversee and inspire a team of more than 50 Field Sales professionals across 6 teams in Germany, including direct reports from experienced (senior) team leads.
  2. Conduct business reviews with leadership and the wider sales organization to assess performance and strategy alignment.
  3. Work closely with Sales Support and Account Management to provide a high-quality, consistent customer experience.
  4. Partner with Lead Management to supply high-quality, conversion-ready leads and develop data-driven strategies to identify top partners in each city.
  5. Build relationships with Sales Steering and Operations to align go-to-market strategies with global initiatives, including sales tools, reporting, sales materials, and incentives.
  6. Collaborate with the Manager of Inside Sales to harmonize Field and Inside Sales activities.

Qualifications include:

  • Experience in achieving ambitious goals in global matrix-driven sales organizations, preferably in a B2B2C environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in sales operations software and tools, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
  • Fluent in German and English.
