What will you be doing?

To act as one of the main interfaces between customers and various Navarino departments, in conjunction with 3 other internal interfaces- Account Managers, Project Managers and Aftersales Support. The overall goal is to simplify customer’s communication with Navarino, faster response times, optimizing order executions and creating more efficient internal communication.

  • Acting as the first line of support for customer queries
  • Preparation of Customer and/or order forms and circulation with rest of departments
  • Fill in the End Customer offers
  • Assisting collections by notifying them of any ongoing cases that may be affecting payments by customers
  • Following up and making sure all customers have the necessary documentation for orders
  • Investigating and resolving cases or escalating such cases when necessary
  • Providing data and reports to sales team and customers

The role is on-site in Hamburg, Germany.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Native German speaker with fluency in written and spoken German
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Good organization and coordination skills
  • Agility in problem solving and taking initiative to secure excellent outcomes
