The Sales Coordinator role supports the enhancement of Sales Team Effectiveness and sales-initiated programs, increasing our sales force's capability to engage with customers. This involves supporting the Sales Team to maximize Customer Access through educational meetings and other means. The role includes working with the Sales Training department on implementing induction and ongoing training for representatives.

Accountabilities

Support the Sales Team in maximizing customer access:

  • Ensure Representatives understand sales processes and responsibilities (including SOPs).
  • Support the Sales Team in increasing attendance at educational events.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to implement and utilize customer access resources.
  • Lead administration to maximize PCT appointments (e.g., RxTro).
  • Provide insights into representative activities and customer access, including appointment making.
  • Develop programs that create customer access.
  • Work with Digital Marketing to integrate digital channels into Sales promotion.
  • Support the use of fragments in RTEs, prepare reports, and understand KPIs.
  • Assist Marketing with brand materials in Veeva vault and loading into Sales iPads.
  • Support the implementation of Educational Events and Third Party Sponsorships, including working with Marketing and Sales Leaders, developing templates, managing relationships, and using the Thrivase portal.
Training and Development

Lead induction and ongoing training:

  • Coordinate sales and marketing induction training.
  • Support sales team in adopting digital technologies.
  • Conduct training for new employees on non-product, non-sales topics.
  • Report expenses related to training programs.
  • Maintain and develop the Sales Ops Manual to support HR processes.
  • Onboard field staff to compliance requirements and support their training and equipment needs.
Administrative Support
  • Assist the Sales Excellence directorate with administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • A degree or qualification in Science, Technology, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Previous sales experience (e.g., retail, telesales, pharmacy).
  • Experience in digital commerce and educational events (preferred).
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience with digital tools.
