- Approaching travelers proactively, openly, and with a smile to discover their needs and inspire them to make additional purchases with our range of high-quality brands.
- Ensuring the perfect merchandise presentation with your flair for detail and turning every purchase into an unforgettable shopping experience with your dedicated advice and attentive service.
- Turning travelers into loyal customers by convincing them of Heinemann and our customer program.
- Being responsible for the correct and careful handling of checkout transactions.
- Living our Heinemann culture, contributing to your team both humanly and professionally, sharing your knowledge, and driving our mutual success forward.
Preferred Profile
- Practical experience in sales or in a customer-oriented environment, ideally with product knowledge from the field of luxury fashion and accessoires.
- Fluent in German and English, and ideally in another foreign language.
- Noticeable pleasure in dealing with customers and colleagues, a natural service orientation, and a talent for creating a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
- A strong team player mentality and strengths in communication and sales, especially the ability to understand and serve the needs of an international audience through active listening.
- A clear focus on achieving your goals and an awareness of your autonomous scope of action.
- Time flexibility in terms of early, late, and weekend shifts.
