A leading medical technology company is seeking a Sales Consultant - Lab Automation to drive sales of laboratory automation solutions in Northeast Germany. Candidates should have a degree in natural sciences and 3-5 years of experience in capital goods sales. The Sales Consultant - Lab Automation is responsible for the sales of laboratory automation solutions for microbiological laboratories within the assigned market area (Northeast Germany) for the acute care and private laboratory customer segments. We are flexible! This position can be either full time or part time based on need and individual agreement.

As a Sales Consultant - Lab Automation, you will be responsible for creating and executing a sales plan and annual budget based on sales policies. You will identify and develop new business opportunities in close collaboration with the Sales and Account Management teams in your region. Additionally, you will increase the automation level of existing laboratory automation customers through additional equipment placements.
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in natural sciences (ideally microbiology) and have 3-5 years of experience in capital goods sales and strategic sales approaches. Additionally, you possess strong professional communication skills and experience negotiating at the executive level.
