Your Role :

  • At RED Global, you’ll work in an international environment and grow into an expert in sales and recruitment .
  • As a Sales Consultant (gn) , you’ll take full ownership of the of the placement of permanent SAP and IT professionals within a given sales territory in the DACH region.
  • You will be responsible for actively sourcing candidates while also building and managing your own client portfolio .
  • You’ll handle the entire process – from the first conversation to the final contract signature.
  • With a keen eye for the trends on the job market, you’ll create meaningful, long-term connections – between candidates and businesses.

Your Profile :

  • You have a degree or equivalent qualification – career changers are very welcome !
  • You’re passionate about sales and have already demonstrated this in your work experience
  • You bring ambition, perseverance, and self-motivation
  • You’re fluent in German and have excellent English skills

  • Ideally, you have previous experience in recruitment or sales
