What to Expect

  • Utilize your expertise in the Atlassian Suite to identify strategic initiatives and implement them effectively.
  • Work in an innovative and continuously growing environment with new challenges.
  • Manage key account data, update customer profiles, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide relevant information for lead generation, and maximize business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, prioritize leads, and ensure a smooth sales cycle in close collaboration with the sales team.
  • Handle proposal and contract management, and actively participate in negotiations to secure successful deals.
  • Create detailed reports on sales activities, analyze key performance metrics, and use these insights to improve processes.

Who You Are

  • You have a deep understanding of business processes, prioritize customer needs, take initiative, and work well with others.
  • You bring strong Atlassian knowledge and have at least 1.5 years of experience in the professional services sector.
  • You have experience in sales (experience in selling services or software is preferred but not required).
  • You are confident in your abilities and maintain a professional presence.
  • You are open to continuous learning and personal development.
  • You are curious about new topics and approaches and enjoy working in a remote team.
  • You value open feedback and are receptive to advice.
  • You are a strong communicator in both German and English – perfect for our international customers and diverse team.
