Your Role

Responsible for the growth and development of the Schwarzkopf Professional Brands within the Salon business in an assigned territory. Adheres to the overall Hair Professional brand strategies for purposeful growth. Maintains relationships with accounts by actively calling on them regularly as agreed with the manager and per route plan.

  • Achieve monthly sales plan, including sales goals and both quantitative and qualitative targets.
  • Manage existing salon customers.
  • Information & Sell-in of products, promotions, and education.
  • Develop and implement Key Customer Business Plans (KBP) for each customer.
  • Coordinate with Inside Sales to transition accounts based on key metrics.
  • Execute customer agreements and loyalty programs.
  • Manage stock & order processes, upselling, and increasing share of wallet, in sync with SALONORY (E-Commerce B2B).
  • Collaborate with Brand Educators on customer visits and coverage.
  • Sell education events, including shows and hands-on classes in cutting, coloring, and styling.
  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities as agreed with RSM.
  • Sell products & services according to commercial conditions and brand positioning.
  • Support all related customer needs to ensure successful brand development.
  • Utilize SALONORY to grow B2B relationships.
  • Handle order-taking, customer care, and merchandising for large decentralized chains.
  • Ensure customer service deliverables, including contracts, administration, OTC, retail tax forums, and new account documentation.

New Customer Acquisition (NCA)

  • Gather competitor information and market insights.
  • Transfer market and activity information to Regional Sales Manager.
  • Share reports with Sales, Marketing, and Education teams.

Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare for customer visits using profile templates.
  • Analyze customer portfolios for penetration opportunities and outstanding payments.

Your Skills

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in account calling and route planning.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically.
  • Effective collaboration with Marketing and Education teams.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
