What you´ll do
- Co-lead and deploy key Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes to enhance the sales tool experience for our global Construction sales team.
- Coordinate and own Data & Analytics: data governance, requirements, dashboard updates, and pipeline analysis.
- Act as a change agent for CRM adoption across all countries and sales management levels.
- Drive training and development initiatives for the sales organization and support platform utilization.
- Provide technical support for CRM-related challenges in markets.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the CRM platform.
- Collaborate with a global team passionate about the construction industry.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, channel management, or commercial excellence (preferably).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on implementation follow-through.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Affinity for CRM systems like Salesforce, data analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
The position is limited to 2 years.
Location: Düsseldorf or Vienna.
