Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Sales & Business Unit Director to lead the Data Services & Storage business in Germany. The role reports to the Head of Data Services & Storage for Central Europe and is part of the German Country Leadership Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and senior Sales and Business Unit leaders across Germany.
Deep knowledge of storage, data services, virtualization, data protection, cyber resilience, hybrid cloud, software-defined infrastructure, and related technology markets.
Strong strategic sales planning, execution, forecasting, and performance management skills.
Proven solution-selling experience and the ability to align technology solutions with customer business needs.
Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen, including profit and loss management, budgeting, cost optimization, and investment planning.
Ability to use competitive intelligence to develop effective market and account strategies.
Experience managing direct and indirect sales channels, partner ecosystems, and multiple routes to market.
Excellent executive communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead through influence and operate effectively in complex, matrixed, and politically sensitive environments.
Strong coaching, talent development, team-building, and organizational leadership capabilities.
Ability to create a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
