We have an opportunity to join our global sales team at an exciting time, as we embark on the next phase of our growth journey. You will play a key role in developing the future as we continue to grow our high-pressure water mist brand under Siemens ownership.

Within this strategic role, you will be responsible for creating technology demand and developing business. You will also work with our partner network to grow their business and support them with local strategies. By leveraging Siemens' vast in-country resources and infrastructure, we are well positioned to provide unmatched technical expertise to the industry.

The global sales team will be supported by a central team of experts who carry out design, hydraulic calculations, and technical descriptions to meet the needs of consulting engineers, fire engineers, and partners.

You will be capable of working independently and as part of a global team, with opportunities for development for an ambitious and capable candidate.

In addition to the global water mist team, you will collaborate with a strong local Siemens business unit to align on synergies and grow opportunities.

You'll make an impact by

  • Growing and maintaining a robust pipeline of projects with our partner network to expand our market presence
  • Using our CRM system to manage the pipeline within your region and collaborating with the central team to create accurate quotations
  • Reporting regularly on sales figures, including revenue and order intake, to track progress and identify opportunities
  • Attending exhibitions and seminars to increase visibility and generate demand
  • Collaborating with consultants, fire engineers, and architects during early design stages to influence technology decisions and provide support
  • Staying informed about global and local water mist standards to ensure compliance and competitiveness
  • Traveling frequently within Germany and occasionally internationally to support business growth and engage with partners

Your defining qualities

  • Education: You hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field with extensive experience, or an equivalent qualification with diverse professional experience.
  • Experience & Skills: You have long-term sales experience in the fire protection industry, specifically with water mist systems, enabling you to provide expert insight and drive growth. You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ways of working: Your excellent communication skills in English and German allow you to engage effectively across cultures. You have a keen eye for detail and can meet deadlines with high accuracy. You are an enthusiastic team player with a global mindset, eager to grow with our business.
