Job Description:
  • Emphasize external sales and the acquisition of new customers
  • Identify and analyze new market opportunities in express and high-performance airfreight handling
  • Develop innovative express and airfreight products
  • Advise clients on tailored solutions for express and high-quality airfreight requirements
  • Build long-term partnerships with airlines, logistics service providers, and strategic customers
  • Conduct regular customer visits and attend industry events
  • Create market and competitor analyses
  • Manage projects to introduce new products or services, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate sales and business development success
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
  • 5 years of outside sales experience in freight forwarding or cargo handling or Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of work experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a similar qualification
  • Experience in acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance strategic and tactical execution in fast-paced settings
