Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field with a strong commercial focus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in food testing, lab services, or nutrition sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; German proficiency (>B2) preferred. Additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and dedicated to customer success.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to manage and grow our global B2B customer base in the food testing and life sciences sectors. This role focuses on driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities.

Sales & Customer Management

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing consistent communication, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine sales materials and customer communication strategies.
  • Work with sales operations and logistics to ensure timely product deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the food testing, life sciences, and nutrition industries.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Enhance the customer journey through strategic account management.
  • Partner with Marketing to align lead generation and market expansion efforts.
Data & Process Management
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer data in the CRM system.
  • Generate sales reports and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and impact.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize pricing, and enhance sales forecasting.
  • Establish and uphold data-driven customer care standards.
