About the role

Are you ready to analyze numbers and drive success? Reckitt seeks a sharp Sales & Brand Controller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about shaping financial strategies. This role involves analyzing data to fuel profit growth, streamlining costs, and mapping a prosperous future.

The core purpose is to analyze sales performance, provide insights to Sales, and ensure compliance with accounting policies for Gross to Net, Drive RGM, and contribute to Budgeting & Forecasting.

This is a key finance position supporting the Commercial leaders as a strategic business partner to deliver profitable growth and provide comprehensive financial control and support within Reckitt.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare timely and accurate sales plans, forecasts, and strategic views.
  2. Provide market analysis to explain performance variations.
  3. Offer high-quality advice for strategic initiatives like sizing, packaging, and pricing.
  4. Support and challenge category assumptions for growth opportunities.
  5. Manage aspects of the Commercial P&L and liaise between category management and Supply Finance.
  6. Develop understanding of trade investment strategies.
  7. Support Key Account managers with tools for negotiations.
  8. Manage and improve financial tools, processes, and procedures.
  9. Maintain effective interactions with sales and marketing departments.
  10. Track portfolio performance at category and SKU levels.
  11. Control trade terms, budgeting, and ROI analysis of promotional activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance/Commercial Controlling.
  • Strong IT and financial systems skills.
  • Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
  • Good to advanced accounting knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Self-motivated, process-driven, and adaptable.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English, capable of presenting and negotiating effectively.
