How You'll Add Value
  • Support Sales Executives/Representatives/Managers in growing the business.
What You'll Do
  • Create sales strategies with managerial support for your territory.
  • Conduct marketing and sales activities independently within academic and small biotech accounts.
  • Organize vendor shows, lunch and learns upon request.
  • Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Follow up with new customers and respond to basic price inquiries.
  • Assist field reps by retrieving data from internal systems like CRM (Salesforce) and project databases (CLIMS).
  • Prepare reports for territory and account management.
  • Lead generation and data entry into CRM.
  • Develop a career path towards sales or marketing professional roles.
  • Qualify marketing leads from trade shows, events, and campaigns.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences.
  • Relevant experience preferred.
  • Background in Molecular Biology.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence and ease in public speaking and customer interactions.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time, despite this being a primarily office-based role.
