Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb technischer Komponenten oder Entwicklungsdiensten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
  • Bereitschaft zu reisen in Deutschland und Europa.

We are Bosch Advanced Ceramics. As a corporate start-up, we are the market leader in industrial 3D printing of technical ceramics and have developed this technology ready for series production. We develop, design and market ceramic products for a wide range of applications. We use the latest technologies to open up new opportunities and actively shape the future. Support us in expanding our business worldwide in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

You will be introduced to the work of a sales associate in our team and will be responsible from the outset for identifying interested parties and potential new and existing customers.

  • Independent customer acquisition and support: Independent acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships in the region.
  • Process customer requests and coordinate with internal departments: Efficiently process customer requests and work closely with various internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure sales targets: Actively pursuing leads and managing accounts to meet the sales forecast.
  • Sales lead for the sales process: Leading role in the sales process, from lead generation to conclusion of sales deals.
  • Active participation in trade fairs and specialist events: Presence at trade fairs and specialist events to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer visits in Germany and Europe: Personal visits to customers in both Germany and other European countries to strengthen relationships and explore business opportunities.

Profil

  • Education: You have completed your studies in Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
  • Experience and know-how: You have at least 2 years of experience in the sales of technical components or development services. Ideally, you should already have some initial experience of technical ceramics. You are familiar with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Working practice: You have a determined way of working with a clear focus on the business transaction.
  • Coordination skills: You have the ability to work and act independently in an international environment as well as in a team.
  • Personality: You are characterized by a proactive manner, strong communication skills and a reliable "hands-on" mentality. You are also a sales talent with a high degree of personal responsibility and the ability to convince people.
  • Languages: You have very good oral and written skills in German and English, other languages are desirable.
  • Willingness to travel: You are ready to travel in Germany and across Europe.
