Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to warmly welcome customers in a fashion-forward, hospitality-driven environment. You will learn products, engage with shoppers, and deliver personalized service while supporting store operations and merchandising.

In this role you’ll contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience, promote brand loyalty programs, and collaborate with a team to achieve personal and store goals. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

About The Role

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
