Your Qualification

Education

  • Completed commercial training, ideally in wholesale and foreign trade, industry, office management or completed commercial studies

Experience

  • Sound professional experience in the commercial sector with a focus on B2B business

Professional Skills

  • Business fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage
  • Excellent user knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, e.g. SAP

Soft Skills

  • Very good communication skills and a service-oriented way of working
  • Organizational talent, flexibility and vision
  • Reliability, accuracy and ability to work in a team

Your Tasks

Operational

  • Customer and service-oriented support
  • Order acceptance and processing (order checking, delivery date monitoring, complaints processing, customs/export, cash discount)
  • Targeted management and ensuring the smooth support of our customers (resellers, food retailers, retail agencies, Amazon and end customers)
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers by phone, e-mail and in person
  • Maintaining customer and supplier master data in the database
  • Participation in internal and external customer events and trade fairs
  • Interface management with the Sales, Warehouse, eCommerce and Supply Chain Management departments

Strategic

  • Identification and implementation of measures to increase customer satisfaction
  • Active involvement in shaping the entire sales cycle (acquisition, offer preparation, negotiation, closing)
  • Carrying out market and competition analyses and initiating measures to increase sales
  • Optimization of product range, delivery performance, production control and capacity utilization
  • Sustainable development and maintenance of a personal customer and supplier network
