What are we looking for?

We are seeking to hire a 30-hour per week position with rotating shifts at our store located at Hohe Street - Cologne, starting July 1st for a 2-month duration. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and a good level of English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany customers throughout the sales process, providing guidance and information on models and sizes, resolving any issues, handling transactions at the register, etc.
• Provide operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in the store, ensuring alignment with brand values.
• Act as the face of Grupo Pampling, embodying and communicating our values of youthfulness, creativity, and environmental commitment throughout the sales process.
• Attend to customers effectively, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and analyzing their preferences.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the product catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, delivery times, and shipping procedures.
