- Market cultivation and fulfillment of sales and earnings plans in the France region
- Sustainable establishment and expansion of customer relationships
- Close cooperation with the Customer Care department regarding order processing
- Definition and implementation of sales activities in cooperation with marketing and product management
- Continuous observation of market and competition, presentation of market trends
- Recognition and utilization of marketing options and new technical developments
- Regular reporting to sales management
- Training doctors and hospital staff on product handling and methods
- Supporting internships, operations, and workshop preparations
- User advice at trade fairs and congresses, including product demonstrations
Your profile
- Studies in Sales, Marketing, Medical Technology, or equivalent professional training with medical background
- Experience as an International Sales Manager, application specialist, product manager, or in medical device sales, especially in endoscopic spine surgery or related fields
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and medical devices or capital equipment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent command of English and French; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus
