Your responsibilities include :

1. Boosting and sustaining sales by nurturing current customer relationships and acquiring new clients.
2. Preparing offers in collaboration with the internal sales team and the application department for paper machine clothing, covers, mechanical roll services, and Yankee cylinders services.
3. Developing and presenting technological and commercial solutions in collaboration with clients.
4. Handling customer complaints in coordination with product managers and laboratories.
5. Maintaining databases and information systems, monitoring, and supporting order processing with the back office.
6. Analyzing the market, evaluating competitors, preparing annual budgets, and implementing strategies.
7. Providing technical support, including measurements, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.
8. Preparing visit and survey reports.
9. Collaborating across divisions with other departments of Voith Paper.

Your Profile

1. Technical education, preferably a degree in a relevant field.
2. Experience in the paper industry is a plus.
3. Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
5. Class B driving license required.
6. Proactive, independent, responsible work style, sociability, and willingness to travel 50-80%.
7. Team-oriented, service-minded, and highly self-motivated.
