Location : Remote (preferably Germany or Western Europe)

Employment Type : Full-time / Part-time

Travel : Required – regular meetings, events, and trainings across EU

Magdent is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead our commercial activities in the European market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our presence by building strong relationships with distributors, DSOs, clinics, and KOLs, while also supporting clinical education and field training.

This is a key role for our company’s next growth stage, and we’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with the energy to get things done on the ground.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a regional sales and lead generation strategy across target markets (Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Benelux)
  • Proactively identify and engage new distribution partners , dental service organizations (DSOs), and dental clinics
  • Generate and qualify leads , schedule meetings, and present the Magdent solution to relevant stakeholders
  • Support clinical trainings, workshops, and on-site demonstrations of our PEMF-based technology
  • Attend and represent Magdent at key dental conferences and events in the region - 3-4 events per year.
  • Work closely with the HQ team to align on go-to-market activities and share market insights
  • Assist in local marketing efforts , promotional campaigns, and educational content localization when needed

Requirements :

  • 4–5 years of experience in sales or marketing in the dental or medical device field
  • Existing network or access to dental distributors, DSOs, and clinics – a strong advantage
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other European languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel regularly for meetings, trainings, and events
  • Passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes through better technology
