Position Overview: The purpose of this role is to work closely with the National Sales Manager DACH on the day-to-day running of a quickly growing medical device. Applicants must be flexible and willing to take on a wide range of tasks, including strategic projects and daily administrative tasks (e.g., marketing, organization). We seek a dedicated, high-performing individual with initial MedTech marketing experience eager to advance their career as a marketing coordinator in a transformative cardiovascular technology.

The primary focus will be on sales support activities, ranging from strategic projects, executing marketing programs and events, to administrative tasks. This is a growth role vital to the Reducer DACH team and the company's success in the region.

Essential Job Functions:

• Collaborate on the development and distribution of marketing collateral tailored to the DACH market.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Manage HCPs CV requests for DACH meetings, working cross-functionally with global marketing and medical teams.
• Handle POs requests for marketing and administrative initiatives.
• Develop knowledge of cardiology community trends in the digital space and implement digital marketing initiatives.
• Partner with international marketing & sales teams.
• Support the DACH sales team with administrative tasks, including reviewing study contracts, organizing meetings and trainings, liaising with third-party suppliers, and supporting customer events.
• Perform other critical tasks as assigned by the National Sales Manager DACH.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related field.
• Marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in the medical device market, especially interventional cardiology, is a plus.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, with a convincing personality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Based in Germany with willingness to travel within DACH (20%) and occasionally to other EU countries and the USA.
• Digital marketing experience is advantageous.
