Experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales within the SaaS or e-commerce industry.
  • Experience in B2B sales, with knowledge of sales techniques and a benefits-oriented approach.
  • Experience presenting SaaS products, explaining technical concepts simply and accessibly.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive or HubSpot.
  • Openness and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Creativity and independence.
  • Willingness to develop and learn new solutions.
  • Native speaker or fluency in German.
  • Very good English level (minimum B2).
Tasks
  • Managing client relationships during trial periods to ensure subscription renewal.
  • Acquiring new long-term clients.
  • Conducting online presentations for potential clients.
  • Educating and increasing product knowledge among users.
  • Reporting and analyzing progress.
  • Optimizing and improving the customer success process.
