Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Sales within SaaS/e-commerce industry
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience presenting SaaS products and explaining technical concepts simply
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like Pipedrive or Hubspot
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Creativity and independence
  • Willingness to learn and develop new solutions
  • Native or fluent in German
  • Very good English (min. B2)

Tasks

  • Client care during trial to ensure subscription renewal
  • Acquiring new long-term clients
  • Conducting online presentations for potential clients
  • Educating and increasing product knowledge among users
  • Reporting and analyzing progress
  • Optimizing and improving customer success processes
  • Market analysis (trends, competition, consumer needs)
  • Managing sales via CRM systems
