Experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Sales within the SaaS/e-commerce industry
  • Experience in B2B sales (knowledge of sales techniques, ability to communicate benefits effectively)
  • Experience in presenting SaaS products— explaining technical concepts simply and accessibly
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive or Hubspot
  • Openness and strong relationship-building skills
  • Creativity and independence
  • Willingness to develop and learn new solutions
  • Native speaker/fluency in German
  • Very good English level (min. B2)
Tasks
  • Managing client relationships during the trial period to ensure subscription renewal
  • Acquiring new clients— long-term users of our product
  • Conducting online presentations for potential clients
  • Educating and developing knowledge about our product among new and existing users
  • Reporting and analyzing progress
  • Optimizing and improving the customer success process
  • Market analysis— trends, competition, consumer needs
  • Working with a CRM system to manage sales
