Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a Sales role within the SaaS/e-commerce industry.
  • Experience in B2B sales with knowledge of sales techniques and benefits-focused communication.
  • Experience in presenting SaaS products, explaining technical concepts simply and accessibly.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive or Hubspot.
  • Openness and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Creativity and independence.
  • Willingness to develop and learn new solutions.
  • Native or fluent in German.
  • Very good English level (min. B2).

Tasks

  • Managing client relationships during the trial period to ensure subscription renewal.
  • Acquiring new clients—long-term users of our product.
  • Conducting online presentations for potential clients.
  • Educating and developing knowledge about our product among new and existing users.
  • Reporting and analyzing progress.
  • Optimizing and improving the customer success process.
  • Market analysis—trends, competition, consumer needs.
  • Working with a CRM system to manage sales.
