What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyse national and regional retail sales data to identify growth opportunities across classic retail, discount, and drugstore channels
• Provide ongoing KBI tracking, sales activity monitoring, and performance reporting
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including Sales, Channel, Marketing, and external partners
• Create and maintain compelling sales decks, forecasts, and performance summaries to support sell-in strategies and retailer engagement
• Provide tactical insight to inform pricing, promotions, and customer strategy
• Support the creation of annual business plans through insight-driven recommendations
• Work closely with bottling and distribution partners to align on execution priorities

What You Bring

• Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years' experience in a Sales Analyst, Category Analyst, or Business Intelligence role within FMCG, Retail, or Beverage
• Strong command of data tools and platforms – e.g. Nielsen, IRI, Drotax, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Confident presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders
