This is a consultative B2C sales role with real impact ideal for client-focused individuals who want to thrive in a mission-driven and international environment.
Promote and sell a portfolio of professional training programmes to individual clients.
Manage the full sales cycle: from inbound lead qualification to closing.
Build strong client relationships and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless client journey.
Track activity and performance in the CRM and report regularly to the regional sales manager.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences (3–4 times per year, occasionally on weekends).
4–5 years of experience in B2C or consultative sales.
Excellent communication skills and commercial drive.
Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Interest or background in the education, healthcare, or veterinary sector is a plus.
Native-level Germanand professional English required.
Willingness to travel ocassionally in the region
