As part of our global expansion and ambition to grow our commercial network, we are looking for a passionate and ambitious Sales Associate to join our team. This role is crucial for providing an exceptional experience to our customers and contributing to the brand's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome, assist, and provide personalised service to customers, providing a personalized and memorable shopping experience.

Drive sales growth and contribute to the achievement of store revenue targets while building strong relationships with a discerning clientele.

Assist in maintaining the store’s presentation, ensuring product restocking and displays reflect the brand’s high standards.

Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards to showcase our products effectively.

Manage orders, deliveries, and stock inventory efficiently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe boutique environment.

Required Skills and Profile:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably in luxury retail hospitality/gastronomy).

Passion for chocolate, pastry, and sales.

Strong client-service orientation and the ability to create an exceptional customer experience.

Enthusiastic, dynamic, and team-oriented.

Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Fluent in English and German (B2 level required).

Knowledge of French would be an asset
