Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator (m/w/d) Europe

Responsibilities
  • Recording and retrieving incoming orders, proactively checking product availability for:
    • Specialty retailers, jewelers, boutiques, distributors
    • Corporate gift customers
  • Coordinating personalization orders
  • Coordinating sales-promoting activities with existing customers to generate orders
  • Monitoring delivery deadlines
  • Processing returns from retailers and boutiques
  • Providing telephone consultation to dealers regarding product inquiries
  • Customer service and support
  • Managing master data and stock bookings
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience
  • SAP knowledge
  • Fluent in German, English, and French (native level)
  • Strong service orientation and initiative
