We are looking for Sales Representative for the German market to join our team!

Are you a German speaker with strong sales skills and a passion for building long-term business relationships? We’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented sales professional to help us grow and strengthen our presence on the German market. If you’re confident, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges – we’d love to hear from you!

Greenbuddies is a private photovoltaic and BESS construction provider based in Prague, Czech Republic. We deal with combined partial as well as complete solutions in the field of construction and installation of photovoltaic systems for corporate clients, both large roofs and freefields.

Job Position Description

  • Responsibility for business development and sales in Germany
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual sales plan
  • Identification of target customers
  • Achieve revenue and gross margin targets according to approved sales plan

2. Additional responsibilities

  • Analysis of current government funding programs
  • Contact and account management (key account management) of existing clients
  • Support of current projects

3. Your profile

  • High business ethics and moral profile
  • Proven business results
  • proactive approach, independence, ability to find solutions by yourself
  • commercial, technical or business education
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany, occasionally to Prague

4. KPI's :

  • Actual total sales in Germany vs. budget
  • Number of projects in pipeline for the next 12 months vs. defined outlook

5. Remuneration & Tools

  • Fixed fee
  • Uncaped comission from paid revenues of the projects sold by the person
