YOUR TASKS

1. You acquire PAYBACK online partners for PAYBACK Online Shopping and develop them into key accounts.
2. You generate media bookings through fixed and variable media budgets of the partners and define suitable digital campaigns.
3. You are responsible for the new revenue of one or more eCommerce sectors.
4. You identify potentials based on market, industry, and company analyses and develop independent market approaches.
5. You use the PAYBACK marketing platform as well as PAYBACK points for the best possible campaign success.
6. You develop and define relevant KPIs for efficient budget use.
7. You work closely with colleagues from key account partner management, vertical leads, and other internal interfaces.

YOUR PROFILE

1. You have experience in digital performance marketing, are familiar with the affiliate business, and know what currently drives eCommerce companies.
2. You have independently negotiated media deals or similar agreements.
3. You have completed a degree in economics or a comparable professional training.
4. Communication is your strength, you think customer-oriented and work result-oriented and independently.
5. You present and negotiate confidently.
6. You can communicate confidently in German and English.
7. You are a team player and bring a healthy dose of humor.
