Job Description:

Job Summary: The Sales & Account Manager II will be responsible for expanding the Agent network across the assigned region by identifying prospects and signing up new Agents in line with the business strategy. Additionally, the incumbent will act as the first point of contact for Agents to resolve any issues, provide customer care, and identify service improvements to facilitate increased transaction volumes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Support management in achieving business plans and targets (network, volumes, profitability).
  2. Expand the sub-agent network in the assigned regions.
  3. Prospect potential Agents via writing, phone, and in person to outline MoneyGram products, services, and mutual benefits.
  4. Maintain a database of prospect Agents, contact details, and sales activity status.
  5. Review, analyze, and follow up on all sales activity reports.
  6. Ensure all Agent contracts and agreements meet standards and are properly documented.
  7. Coordinate with operational and marketing resources to set up new Agents with POS and materials.
  8. Monitor transaction volumes and identify opportunities to increase them.
  9. Build partnerships with key Agents and resolve queries promptly.
  10. Collaborate with marketing to analyze corridors and refine pricing strategies to improve profitability and volumes.
  11. Assist marketing with signage and point-of-sale material needs.
  12. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

At least 3 years' experience in a field sales role, servicing retail customers, with proven success in sales strategies.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven sales record and network expansion success.
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Ability to present product/service opportunities professionally.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Fluent in the local language and proficient in English; computer literate.
