Job Description:

We are seeking a sales and results-driven Sales Account Manager – Existing Business Sales to join our team, specializing in solutions within the domain, security, brand protection, and fraud prevention space. Based in Germany (Berlin, Munich, or Frankfurt).

The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in digital branding to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and drive overall revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients across Germany, providing consultative support to enhance their digital brand strategy.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to help clients protect and grow their digital presence.
  • Collaborating with clients to ensure they are fully leveraging our solutions for domain management, brand protection, and online security.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets for existing business.

Client Retention and Digital Strategy Consulting:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to help clients improve their digital brand and security strategies.
  • Proactively addressing client challenges and providing innovative solutions tailored to their needs.

Strategic Collaboration and Insights:

  • Partnering with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to deliver seamless and impactful client experiences.
  • Staying informed on market trends, industry developments, and emerging threats in digital branding and online security to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Sharing insights from client interactions to help shape product enhancements and marketing strategies.

Qualifications include proven experience in account management, sales, or consulting, ideally within digital branding, domain management, or online security, with strong consultative selling skills and fluency in both German and English. A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and knowledge of digital brand management and online security are highly desirable. Proficiency in CRM tools, highly organized, self-motivated, and client-centric attitude are essential.
